The retainer fee, outstanding balance, service of process deposit, or third party transaction paid via the Internet can be paid by electronic check or credit card.  Both of these require the use of a third party verification service, in this case, PayPal.com.  You must register and provide information to them to ensure that you are the person paying the fee and it is from verifiable funds. You are not charged an additional fee for using PayPal.com.  PayPal.com will remit payment to this office to be deposited into an: IOLTA Trust Account, (retainer agreements and third party transactions); or a Business Account, (outstanding balances, service of process deposits). Please contact this office with any questions regarding your retainer agreement fee, outstanding balance owed, or methods utilized for securing your funds to be deposited into a Trust Account before selecting this payment option.
